Bari Sardo (Sardinian: Barì; Latin: Custodia Rubriensis)[4] is a town and comune (municipality) in the Province of Ogliastra in the autonomous island region of Sardinia in Italy, located about 120 km northeast of Cagliari and about 9 kilometres (6 mi) south of Tortolì. It has 3,770 inhabitants.[5][6]
Bari Sardo borders the municipalities of Cardedu, Ilbono, Lanusei, Loceri, and Tortolì.

As of 2025, of the known countries of birth of 3,793 residents, the most numerous are: Italy (3,539 – 93.3%), Germany (91 – 2.4%), Morocco (55 – 1.5%), Romania (29 – 0.8%).[11][12]
