伊诺（希臘語：Ἰνώ，转写：Ino）。[1]古希腊神话女性人物之一。維奧蒂亞王后，底比斯公主。其事迹常见于古典作家之相关著述。
父親為卡德摩斯，母親為和諧女神哈耳摩尼亞，因此是個半神。（由於卡德摩斯的父親阿格諾是波塞冬的私生子，阿格諾的外祖父是宙斯和伊俄的私生子，伊諾也是宙斯和波塞冬的後裔。）妹妹塞墨勒是狄俄倪索斯的母親，自己作為姨母，也曾撫養過他。
