关于佛教概念，请见「教相判釋」。在犹太律法中，判释（希伯來語：פוסק，羅馬化：posek、[poˈsek]）是指在先前的权威文献尚无定论或是没有明确合乎哈拉卡的先例的情况下，裁定哈拉卡律法（即源自成文与口传妥拉的犹太宗教法）适用情况的法学家[1][2]。
判释的裁决被称为“哈拉卡判释”（希伯來語：פסק הלכה，羅馬化：psak halakha），或亦简称为“判释”[3]。这些判释在犹太教的答问文献中均有大量记载。
