周蕾（英語：Rey Chow, 1957年—）是一名文化評論家，專長為20世紀的中國小說、電影以及後殖民理論，目前擔任杜克大學教授。

出生於香港，於香港大學取得文學士後復於史丹佛大學取得現代思想及文學博士。其後先後任教加利福尼亞大學爾灣分校、布朗大學，並且有份帶領文學批評與理論學程的暑期研討會。她在性別研究、後殖民主義乃至跨文化研究研究都有許多建樹，並且促成了許多學科的對話。^[1]
