逃犯

逃犯的通緝海報

逃犯是指那些逃离羁押或者逃離監獄，并在本国躲避执法部门追捕或逃往其他国家的犯人。 [1][2]如果逃犯逃到其他國家後被本國以及其他國家共同通缉，则该逃犯是国际逃犯。 [3]在美国，美国法警局是追捕逃犯的主要执法机构，但联邦调查局也會参与追捕逃犯。
