CVLT，也被称为Cult，[1] 是一个国际性的新纳粹主义和虚无主义犯罪网络组织，曾涉及儿童剥削行为。该组织的多名领导人在美国因制作儿童色情制品以及胁迫未成年人自残而被捕。警方表示，CVLT在加利福尼亚州剥削了大约2名未成年人，在全球范围内共剥削了约16名未成年人。[2][3] 美国司法部将其描述为“一个以新纳粹主义、虚无主义和恋童癖为核心原则的网络组织”。[4]CVLT隶属The Com，这是一个由国际网络犯罪分子组成的庞大网络。[4]CVLT与“The Com”有联系，后者是一个由国际网络犯罪分子组成的庞大网络。[5] CVLT在其一名头目卡莱布·梅里特（Kaleb Merritt）被抓获并因强奸一名女孩及拍摄其不当照片而被定罪后开始引起关注。[6]
CVLT由一名名叫罗汉·拉内（Rohan Rane）的印度学生于2019年创建。CVLT最初是一个在Discord平台上成立的社区，拥有数百名成员，这些成员信奉各种极右翼意识形态。随后，罗汉开始吸引来自世界各地的未成年少女加入他的社区，与他及CVLT成员聊天。最终，他诱骗她们向自己发送裸照，并以此进行勒索，迫使她们自残，甚至自杀。罗汉于2021年被逮捕，CVLT的其他成员则在2025年被捕。[7][8][9]CVLT被认为是764部门的前身，而“764”是一个有影响力的儿童剥削网络。[10][11]其创始人布拉德利·卡登黑德（Bradley Cadenhead）受到CVLT的启发而建立了该网络，这种想法尤其是在他于一个《我的世界》服务器上与CVLT的一名成员交谈之后产生的。[12]
