丹·格里菲斯（1987年9月29日—），以其藝名Gryffin（符號化為全部大寫）聞名，為美國著名音樂家、DJ、音樂製作人兼詞曲作家。他以重混了許多歌曲而聞名，如托芙蘿的〈Talking Body〉、魔力紅的〈Animals〉及這些年樂團〈Desire〉等[2][3]。

背景

Gryffin出生於美國加州的舊金山，母親為日本人，父親則為美國人[4]。他自幼便受古典音樂鋼琴訓練並學會了彈吉他[5][6][7]。他畢業於加州山景城的聖法蘭西斯高中，後來就讀於南加州大學研讀電機工程學，也正是此時，他開始投入大量時間在製作音樂上。[8]

在接受訪問時，他說道：「剛開始，我只是製作音樂讓我的朋友們能在派對上播放，當時我完全沒想到會達到現在的成就。」他在2015年於南太浩糊舉辦的「雪球音樂祭（英語：SnowGlobe Music Festival）」首次以Gryffin的藝名公開登台演出[2]。

他的藝名「Gryffin」靈感來自於他的本名Griffith以及一種傳說生物「獅鷲（英語：griffin）」[4]。

生涯

2016年：上傳第一首專輯

2016年1月22日，Gryffin發布了他的出道單曲〈Heading Home〉[9]，找來澳洲籍歌手約瑟夫・薩爾瓦特演唱[10]，並由Darkroom及新視鏡兩間唱片公司發行[11]。同年五月，在YouTube上發布該單曲之音樂錄影帶[12][13]。〈Heading Home〉在許多音樂榜單上獲得漂亮成績，如在美國舞曲／電子單曲榜獲得第22名等，更是佔據音樂串流平台Spotify全球瘋傳前五十榜的榜首。

同年8月26日，發表與歌手Bipolar Sunshine的合作單曲〈Whole Heart〉[14]。

2017年：持續發布單曲

2017年，Gryffin共發布三首單曲：3月3日發布與美國DJ鳳凰之子與歌手黛雅合作的〈Feel Good〉[15]；7月7日發布與歌手西尼德·哈內特合作的〈Love in Ruins〉[16]；10月6日發布與歌手凱娣·皮爾曼合作的〈Nobody Compares to You〉[17]。

2018年：第一首冠軍單曲

2018年對Gryffin來說是重要的一年，共發布了四首單曲，分別是：4月20日發布，與Qquinn XCII及丹尼爾·威爾遜合作的〈Winnebago〉[18]；隨後，6月22日與挪威歌手艾瑟琳發布合作單曲〈Just for a Moment〉[19]；8月3日，與艾利·杜赫的合作單曲〈Tie Me Down〉發布[20]；他在2018的最後一首單曲，與歌手ZOHARA合作的〈Remember〉在告示牌舞曲夜店歌曲榜排行首位，成為了他的第一張冠軍單曲[21]。年末，發布與歌手Ivy Adara的合作單曲〈Bye Bye〉。

2019年：《Gravity》

2019年，Gryffin發布了他的首張專輯《Gravity》，共收錄十六首單曲，包含十首先前發行的單曲。

2020年~至今：持續發布單曲

2020年，發布三首單曲，其中與歌手約翰·馬丁合作單曲〈放聲哭泣〉收錄在同年發行的《Gravity》豪華版[22]。

2021年，陸續發行與許多創作歌手，如Two Feet、Kyle Reynolds等人的合作單曲共五首。

2022年，發行與共和世代合作單曲〈You Were Loved〉、與Calle Lehmann合作單曲〈Alive〉、與奧利維亞·奧布賴恩合作單曲〈Caught Up〉。

個人生活

2016年，他因為工作因素而搬到洛杉磯[23]。他與現任妻子Stephanie Griffith於2018年4月結婚[1]。2020年1月，搬至內華達州拉斯維加斯居住。
