天社六（HR 3803）或船帆座N（N Vel）是位於星座船帆座南方邊界，靠近船底座，視星等3等的一顆恆星。根據視差測量，距離地球大約為223光年（68秒差距）。
其光譜分類為K5III[4]，這表示它從主序星演化而來，現在是一顆巨星。在這個演化階段，船帆座N已經膨脹到太陽大小的66倍，並發射出776倍於太陽的光度[6]。它的有效溫度是3,964K[6]，比太陽冷30%，因此具有典型的K型恆星的橘色調[7]。
在1752年，法國天文學家尼古拉-路易·德·拉卡伊將前星座南船座分為三個獨立星座，然後透過擴展拜耳星名系統[8]；這顆星被命名為「船帆座N」。1871年，班傑明·阿普索普·古爾德發現這顆恆星是變星。但這發生在19世紀德國天文學家弗里德里希·阿格蘭德標準化變星命名之前，因此它不屬於標準變星命名範圍[9]。
