鳞侧石鳖科（学名：Leptochitonidae）是新石鳖亞綱石鳖目的一個科^[1]。本科物種皆在海中生活，Feedingtypes deposit feeder: subsurface and grazer^[1]，栖息在深海砂泥底^[3]。大致可以分為兩個亞科^[4]，其中鱗側石鱉亞科（Leptochitoninae）同時包括現生種及化石種，而蠕形石鱉亞科（Helminthochitoninae）的所有物種皆為化石種。
