Public Enemy是美國嘻哈音樂組合，成員包含了查克·D、Flavor Flav、Professor Griff、DJ Lord、卡里·韋恩、山米·山姆（Sammy Sam）與旗下組合The S1W。於1986年在紐約州長島成立，組合以其政治性的音樂主體和對美國媒體的批評而聞名，同時他們也十分積極關注非裔美國人社群面臨的挫折與擔憂。
