历史

Resy由Eater.com联合创始人本·莱文索尔、 CrowdTwist联合创始人迈克·蒙特罗和企业家加里·维纳查克于2014年创立。[6]2017年1月，该公司从爱彼迎、第一数据公司（First Data Corporation）以及早期投资者RSE Ventures和Lerer Hippeau Ventures处筹集了1300万美元。[7]2018年4月，Resy和爱彼迎联手，合作餐厅可以直接通过爱彼迎系统接受用户预订。公司在同年还收购了西班牙餐厅预订平台ClubKviar。[8]2018年，Resy收购了竞争对手Reserve，这是一款由格瑞特·坎普的孵化器Expa推出的预订应用程序。[9]
