裨纳（希伯來語：בִּינָה，羅馬化：Bīnā，直译：「理解」）是卡巴拉生命树上的第三个质点。它位于珂特（Keter）之下的层级（在包含该质点的体系中），与祜谟（Chokmah）相对，并正处于格武荦（Gevurah）之上。通常认为它拥有四条路径：分别自珂特与祜谟而来，并通往格武荦与谛斐丽[1]。
