基貝（/ˈkɪbi/；阿拉伯語：كبة；埃及阿拉伯語：كبيبة）為一道流行於阿拉伯世界和黎凡特地區的菜餚，其使用添加香料的碎肉末和布格麦製成，基貝亦被公認為是黎巴嫩與叙利亚的國家代表食物[1][2][3][4][5][6]。

在黎凡特飲食中，基貝的做法是先將碾碎的乾小麥與肉一起搗成細膩的糊狀，而後捏成卵形，再撒上烤松子和香料。基貝也可分層鋪在托盤上烤製，或油炸、燒烤，甚至做成生食形式的基貝·納耶[7]。在敘利亞的北方大城阿勒颇至少可以找到17種類型的基貝[8]。於伊拉克飲食裡，也有使用米或法里納麥粉製作的基貝[9]。

除了黎巴嫩和敘利亞之外，塞浦路斯、埃及、以色列、巴勒斯坦、波斯灣阿拉伯國家、亞美尼亞和土耳其等國皆有不同版本的基貝料理[4]。亚述人也會製作基貝這道菜餚[10]。在19世紀末20世紀初接收了大量來自黎凡特移民的拉丁美洲國家，以及北美洲部分地區亦可見基貝的蹤影[11][12]。
